Prep Cook – Nest on Four at Signia by Hilton Atlanta

Signia by Hilton Atlanta is searching for a talented full‑time Prep Cook to join our culinary team at the Nest on Four sports pub. The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of professional culinary experience, strong time‑management skills, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine passion for growing their career. A background in culinary education and prior experience in restaurant or hotel kitchens is required, with high‑volume environments considered a plus.

• Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times.
• Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure knowledge of menu and all food products.
• Stock and maintain designated food station(s).
• Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen.
• Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations.
• Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items as needed.

• Minimum of one year professional culinary experience.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Proven ability to work in a high‑volume environment.
• Team‑player mindset with excellent communication skills.

Shift Pattern: Full availability required, including weekends and holidays. Saturday and Sunday availability essential. Standard shift schedules include 9:00 AM–5:00 PM and 12:00 PM–8:00 PM.

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour.
