As a Dishwasher at F1 Arcade, you keep the kitchen clean, organized, and fully stocked. You’ll wash, sanitize, and air‑dry all dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment to the highest standards, ensuring the kitchen team can operate smoothly and safely.

• Sanitation & Dish Maintenance:
  Wash, sanitize, and air‑dry dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment according to strict health and safety standards.
• Equipment & Area Upkeep:
  Clean dishwashing machines and workstations regularly; report any issues or malfunctions promptly.
• Waste Management & Cleaning:
  Empty trash bins frequently, maintain cleanliness in designated waste areas, assist with mopping, sweeping, and surface cleaning across the kitchen.
• Prep Support (as needed):
  Help with basic prep tasks such as peeling or portioning ingredients during high‑volume service periods.
• Health & Safety Compliance:
  Follow all hygiene, chemical handling, and safety protocols to ensure a compliant and safe kitchen environment.

  Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to restock clean kitchen tools and keep dishware readily available during service.

Physical Requirements:

Standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, frequent hand washing and sanitation, use of knives and slicing equipment, and ability to work in hot and cold environments.
