Job Overview

Assist in managing the day‑to‑day operations of the Van Cleef & Arpels boutique in Atlanta, providing exceptional customer service and supporting the Boutique Manager in achieving sales and service targets.

• Assist the Boutique Manager in supporting and guiding the team in all aspects of operations, including policy & procedures and corporate directives.
• Represent Van Cleef & Arpels as an ambassador by networking within the community.
• Help the team achieve performance goals through feedback, coaching, closing, and maintaining proper floor coverage via optimal scheduling.
• Liaise with corporate on stock‑level, CRM initiatives, and operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and help the team nurture and elevate boutique experiences to support sales growth.
• Show thorough knowledge of back‑office operations and ensure products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales.

• Minimum of 4 years in luxury retail, preferably in a boutique setting.
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience.
• Excellent selling, closing, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to motivate a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
• Bachelor’s degree required; foreign language fluency preferred.
• Must be willing and able to travel as required.

• Prior experience in high‑end luxury retail environments.
• Experience in stock management, CRM, and retail operations.
