As a Part Time Member Specialist, you’ll wear many hats—from fulfillment and shipping to member hospitality and building upkeep. This isn’t a traditional warehouse job. It’s a fast-paced, physical, and member-facing role where you’ll help real small business owners thrive every day. Whether you’re unloading a container, jumping into a kitting project, or answering a service request, you’ll be a vital part of our Elastic Workforce (e-Force), supporting logistics needs and operational excellence in your market.

• Fulfillment & Logistics Support
  • Receive, unload, and organize inventory and delivery items.
  • Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with inventory audits, returns processing, and kitting.
  • Track inbound/outbound shipments and escape issues as needed.
• Building & Facilities
  • Open and close the building following operational checklists.
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness across warehouse, kitchen, and shared spaces.
  • Monitor the delivery dock and ensure smooth handoffs with drivers.
  • Perform daily walkthroughs to identify and resolve facility issues.
• Member Support
  • Offer hands-on support with logistics tasks and suite upkeep.
  • Engage with Members on the floor—answering questions and providing help.
  • Triage member service requests and escape when needed.
  • Be an on-site ambassador for the Saltbox brand and experience.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
