• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, development, and coaching.
• Promote safety for customers and associates.
• Cultivate a diverse, teamwork culture.
• Ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Drive Community Relations through company programs.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
• Ability to work a full‑time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.

Base Pay: $16.20 – $18.20 per hour
