Position Summary

This role provides fast‑paced support and assistance to the retail department for Mercedes‑Benz Stadium, Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United, and the new NWSL club. Retail businesses include eCommerce, Atlantic Station, and Mercedes‑Benz Stadium stores as well as large‑scale third‑party events.

• Product Development – Leverage sports merchandise concepts, establish planning timelines, implement continuous product refreshes, coordinate order deliveries, manage purchase orders, track product timelines, and lead launch plans.
• Retail Operations – Develop game‑day notes, lead third‑party event operations, manage pre‑event preparation, create post‑event decks, improve delivery accuracy, track project status on , coordinate signage orders, assist player events, and manage retail calendar boards.
• Retail Marketing & Reporting – Partner with marketing to execute player appearances, refresh in‑store signage, assist social media strategy, report sales performance, conduct year‑over‑year analysis, create marketing recaps, manage promotional activations, track e‑commerce KPIs, and provide executive reports.
• Project & Order Management – Manage internal merchandise orders, maintain workflows and timelines on , monitor vendor orders, build production schedules, delegate execution responsibilities, create post‑event reviews, and build employee retail incentive programs.
• League & E‑Commerce Collaboration – Lead league retail initiatives, align club retail launches with e‑commerce rollouts, partner with licensees for seasonal assortments, manage MLS Licensee Portal, distribute retail tracking links, and identify new product opportunities.

• 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably in sports.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of the NFL and MLS.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays for selected Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United, Mercedes‑Benz Stadium third‑party events, and NWSL club events as needed.
