• Engage customers using the AEO Selling Model with a friend‑first mindset.
• Educate guests on AEO and Aerie products and suggest fits.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Adapt skills across Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to company policy.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
• Maintain integrity by following AEO policies and procedures.

• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Minimum age 16 years.
