JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Beauty Sales Associate, you thrive to succeed in a fast-paced environment by demonstrating initiative and achieving sales goals set by upper management. SUKOSHI is looking for a candidate with an upbeat personality that has a genuine passion and deep knowledge for beauty and skincare. You enjoy working independently and as a team to ensure first class customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Ability to provide exceptional customer service by developing in-depth knowledge about all products offered.
- Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations
- Maintaining personal and productivity goals.
- Connects with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs.
- Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer’s needs.
- Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product / trends.
- Contribute to an overall positive work environment and serve as a bridge between customers and sales associates.
- May involve other responsibilities.
- Retail experience in beauty and skincare is preferred, but a strong interest and willingness to learn about K-Beauty/J-Beauty/Asian beauty products are also welcome, as training will be provided.
- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
- Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision.
- Flexible availability is highly preferred– evening and weekend availability.
- Resourceful and versatile with an ability to quickly adapt to changes (product trends, store policies, etc.).
The projected starting date will be in December.
Job Types: Temporary, Contract, Seasonal
Pay: $7.25 per hour
