Visual Merchandiser

At H&M, you will create inspiring and exciting customer experiences by implementing the brand’s visual identity across the store.

• Set garment presentation on sales floor and windows following brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the department manager to identify commercial opportunities and execute floor moves.
• Support direct and indirect customer service by ensuring high‑quality garment presentation and clear visual flow.
• Track store KPIs, adapt the store plan, and launch sales campaigns on schedule.
• Maintain visual props, windows, and visual room, applying sustainability practices.
• Coach and develop store team on visual and commercial skills through regular training.

• 1–2+ years of transfer‑able experience in visual merchandising or retail.
• Must be able to lift >20 lb, stand for long periods, and use hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work fast‑paced environments.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
