As an Alteration Associate in our New York shop, you will work closely with the Tailor Shop & Alterations Manager to ensure the proper fit, marking, altering, and pressing of garments.

• Take customer measurements to ensure proper fit
• Perform quality alterations on garments at store location
• Operate industrial sewing machinery and meet productions deadlines
• Prepare garments for customer delivery
• Own third-party brand vendor relationship WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
  • Two years of experience in men's and women's alterations
  • Thorough knowledge of basic machines
  • Proficient in sewing and making garments
  • Knowledge of fabrics and clothing design
  • Organization and time-management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
