Supports store logistics and fulfillment operations, including processing merchandise receipts and preparing customer orders. Helps maintain efficient merchandise flow while providing a welcoming experience to customers.
Responsibilities- Process new merchandise receipts according to company standards.
- Pick merchandise from the sales floor and stockrooms for customer orders.
- Pack shipments carefully and follow fulfillment procedures.
- Assist with returns to vendors, price changes, damages, and other logistical initiatives.
- Support store events and use handheld equipment and other technology effectively.
- Welcome customers while working on the sales floor.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while adapting to changing priorities.
- Availability for a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
