The Inside Sales Representative should have strong customer service skills and will support sales through calling existing and potential commercial customers. • Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and/or solve problems; consultative sales.
• Works directly with management and service technicians.
• Estimates, details, and submits final proposals to customers.
• Maintains and updates Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily.
• Responsible for achieving sales objectives.
• Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Manager.

• Possess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systems
• Must be detail-oriented and good with numbers
• Experience with blueprints/plans and specs (preferred)
• Must have an outgoing personality and a natural affinity for taking care of customers
• References must be able to tell us that you have an outstanding work ethic, are highly reliable, self-motivated and goal oriented with a drive to be successful
• Must have good time management skills, be organized and have the ability to multi-task
