Digital Marketing Account Executive (Account Executive – Digital Marketing Consultant)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia (Remote – must be based in Atlanta area with local in‑person sales calls)

Position Title: Account Executive – Digital Marketing Consultant

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and execute diverse advertising and marketing solutions, including website development, SEO, local listings, and reputation management.
  • Generate awareness and leads through search engine marketing, social media engagement, display advertising, video content, and mobile advertising.
  • Grow audience and promote engagement through brand content solutions and social media marketing.
  • Manage leads and customers efficiently using lead alert systems, engagement tools, and tracking mechanisms.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness using comprehensive reporting tools, mobile applications, and emerging technologies such as virtual and augmented reality.
  • Actively pursue and secure new business and revenue streams.
  • Articulate and present the product suite to business decision‑makers.
  • Conduct face‑to‑face customer meetings, presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.
  • Deploy the best marketing services and solutions in the region to deliver exceptional results for customers.
  • Foster partnerships with local businesses and assist them in achieving marketing goals through digital solutions.
  • Identify customer needs to develop and implement tailored account plans and client solutions that distinguish our services from competitors.
  • Assist businesses in optimizing their online presence through customized digital marketing strategies.
  • Retain, manage, and expand your client base in the evolving digital landscape.
  • Collaborate with the team to manage client relationships and increase account revenue.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers via phone, video conferencing (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom), email, and in‑person meetings.
  • Manage a specified sales pipeline and devise strategy for long‑term sustained success.
  • Conduct regular client check‑ins and upsell/cross‑sell accounts, addressing any client concerns regarding market share.
  • Utilize Salesforce effectively and accurately record all sales activities.
Key Qualifications
  • High proficiency in digital marketing (Google AdWords, Analytics certifications preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in high‑acquisition, consultative B2B sales roles.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to simplify complex issues.
  • Competitive nature and collaborative team spirit.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and minimum liability insurance as required by law.
