* Job Summary:

** We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Franchise Sales Manager (FSM) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of accomplishment in franchise sales, particularly within the Quick-Service Restaurant (
** QSR**) industry with demonstrated results in identifying and awarding multiple shop owners **(MSO)**. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies to recruit and onboard new franchisees, driving New Restaurant growth, and ensuring the long-term success of the brand. Our preferred candidate will come to the team with already established relationships with potential prospects and franchise broker networks in this “roll your sleeves” up position.
** Key Duties/Responsibilities:
*** Franchise Recruitment:  + Identify, qualify, and recruit potential franchisees who align with our brand values and business objectives  + Help develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies, including digital marketing, networking, and industry events  + Conduct initial franchise sales and follow-up meetings  + Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
* Franchise Sales:  + Develop comprehensive sales proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of potential franchisees  + Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements  + Provide accurate and timely information to potential franchisees throughout the awarding process  + Address and resolve any objections or concerns raised by potential franchisees
* Franchisee Onboarding:  + Oversee the onboarding process for new franchisees executing on a seamless franchise excellence approach  + Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees to ensure successful store openings and operations
* Sales Performance:  + Track and analyze key sales metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement  + Develop and implement strategies to increase sales productivity and efficiency  + Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and pipeline data via Fran Connect  + Ability to align with sales funnel metrics and improve upon them
* Brand Representation:  + Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting our brand values and culture at all times  + Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchisees  + Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
** Position Requirements (Education, Qualifications, Experience):
*** Proven track record in franchise sales, in the QSR industry
* Strong understanding of the franchise business model and regulatory compliance
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Presentation prep and “front of room” abilities will be best of the best
* Strong negotiation and closing skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
* Self-motivated and results-oriented
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Willingness to travel as needed (may require some weekend travel)
