Job Description
  • Manage and oversee the sales activities within your designated territory.
  • Engage with current clients and prospects to foster relationships and explore new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to create tailored proposals and presentations for new business prospects.
  • Identify customer challenges and offer tailored solutions to address their unique business needs.
  • Schedule calls with potential clients to qualify and assess sales opportunities.
  • Follow up on opportunities to move them through the sales cycle effectively.
  • Cultivate a network of contacts to build long-lasting business relationships.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows and events as needed.
  • Stay well-informed about company offerings, ensuring you can confidently discuss solutions with customers.
  • Partner with the Project Management and Coordination teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Negotiate sales terms with all relevant parties and finalize deals.
  • Share insights and best practices with team members to enhance collective performance.
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of industry trends and product offerings to deliver optimal solutions to clients.
  • Maintain consistent communication with all prospects and accounts.
  • Participate in company initiatives and internal projects as assigned.
Knowledge & Skills

Do you have experience in outside sales in the material handling and supply chain industry? Do you have one to three years’ experience generating successful sales and building relationships with key personnel? Do you have the drive to continue advancing your ability and contribute to a corporation that is growing and has a proven track record of promoting from within?
