• Develop prospective clients through internet research, trade show lists, referrals, professional directories and personal investigation.
• Foster new client relationships through referrals, cold calling, networking and events.
• Grow new business from existing clients, expanding relationships and upselling the Trans Perfect portfolio.
• Creatively problem‑solve to improve new business development strategy.
• Negotiate rates and deadlines with prospective and current clients.
• Educate clients about the translation process, rates, turnaround time and competitors.
• Coordinate with production to handle jobs with keen attention to detail.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with delivery, quality and customer service.
• Understand industry markets and maintain industry knowledge.
• Perform other special projects or duties as required.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
