- Aggressively prospect and generate new business leads to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts to maximize revenue.
- Manage and grow client relationships using Hub Spot CRM, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze client needs and market trends to tailor business development strategies.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to align solutions with client requirements and business goals.
- Represent the company at industry events, identifying opportunities for business expansion.
- Provide regular updates on business development activities and progress toward goals.
- 5+ years of experience in outbound prospecting, preferably in a software or technology environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Desire to transition into an Account Executive role within 6 months.
- Strong proficiency in using Hub Spot CRM for business development and client management.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and a strategic approach to business expansion.
- Advanced outbound/cold-calling skills, with proficiency in tools such as Apollo, Lusha, and Zoom Info.
- Ability to engage in high-level conversations with a strong intellectual quotient (IQ).
- Extensive experience in a B2B software sales environment.
- Advanced training or certifications in sales and business development.
