Senior Sales Executive – Technology Integration & Live Production Atlanta, GA
• Full-time
• On-site with Regional Travel

What You’ll Do

  • Grow MECS’ presence across GA, AL, FL, Carolinas, and the Southeast region
    .
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline across construction, corporate, government, transportation, and education sectors.
  • Sell a diverse portfolio of solutions:
  • Access control & LPR
  • Parking guidance (APGS)
  • Fiber/data networking
  • LED displays & control systems
  • Managed service contracts
  • Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, A&E firms, enterprise end users, and manufacturers.
  • Conduct site visits, needs assessments, and coordinate with engineering for system design.
  • Lead presentations, demos, and MECS technology showcase events.
  • Collaborate closely with MECS leadership to shape sales strategy, pricing, and market positioning.
What We’re Looking For
  • 7+ years of proven B2B technology integration sales experience.
  • Strong relationships with decision-makers in construction, AV, security, or low-voltage industries.
  • Knowledge of AV systems, networks, access control, or live production technology.
  • Comfort selling into major enterprises, transportation authorities, school systems, and large construction projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A “hunter” mindset — proactive, persistent, and driven by closing deals.
  • Ability to travel regionally.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with:
  • Crestron, Sharp/NEC, Panasonic, Daktronics, Skidata, INDECT or related manufacturers
  • Cooperative purchasing contracts (TIPS, NCPA, OMNIA, Equalis, GSA)
  • Understanding of project delivery in construction environments.
  • CRM experience (Hub Spot preferred).
