We are seeking motivated individuals with various backgrounds including, but not limited to, sales, customer service, business development, real estate, healthcare, insurance, finance, and recent college grads to join our dynamic team as Life Insurance and Financial Services Sales Agents. No prior experience is necessary; however, a strong desire to learn and succeed is essential.
In this role, you will leverage your existing skills and networks to help clients secure their financial futures through tailored life insurance solutions. Mut be motivated and willing to obtain your insurance and/or investment licenses. We will cover the full cost of the required licensing. Licensed and Unlicensed candidates are also welcome to apply.
As a Life Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Build rapport with clients by understanding their unique needs and concerns.
- Assessing clients' insurance needs and recommending appropriate products.
- Educate clients about various life insurance products and their benefits.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Meeting sales targets and contributing to team goals.
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development.
- Network to generate leads and referrals.
- No prior experience is necessary; however, a strong desire to learn and succeed is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- High level of persistence and resilience in overcoming objections.
- A passion for helping others achieve peace of mind through financial security.
