The Account Executive is responsible for driving sales growth and building long-term relationships with industrial clients in need of HVAC and compressed air solutions. This role involves selling equipment, service agreements, and repair solutions while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of HVAC and compressed air systems, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Strong Sales and Negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Relationship Building and Client Management abilities, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Market Research and Business Development, with the capacity to identify and target opportunities
• Time Management and Organizational skills, ensuring the ability to handle multiple client accounts effectively
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales technology, with an understanding of the compressed air system industry as a strong advantage
• Team collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with technical and operational teams
• Willingness to work on-site in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area
