The RoleThe Account Executive will be responsible for utilizing and developing their network within the cardiology sector and making the needed introductions to the Directors of Business Development (BDD) and Area Vice Presidents (AVP) in order to fill the pipeline and close new site agreements. Success in this position will be driven by making introductions that fill the commercial pipeline and lead to new site starts, thereby improving CDL’s ability to enhance our customer experience and increase patient access to Cardiac PET in practice.
Responsibilities- Introduce and transfer relationships to the CDL team with customers to facilitate communication and build long‑term relationships.
- Apply strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build, develop, lead, and maintain relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Proactively enhance the customers’ experience with CDL’s platform of offerings.
- Deliver CDL’s value proposition effectively to customers.
- Assist and manage the implementation of contract terms and maintain the account for its duration.
- Drive these new accounts to a contracted close in conjunction with the BDD or AVP in the respective area.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests, involving the BDD/AVP immediately where needed.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings according to company standards.
- Liaise with Sales and Marketing departments to ensure alignment with current resources and tools to establish CDL as the leader in advanced imaging.
- Stay up to date with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase customer productivity.
- Remain up to date in understanding the CDL model and customer performance metrics.
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field, preferred.
- 3‑5 years of experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM or Hub Spot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- 3‑5 years of experience delivering client‑focused solutions in a sales related role.
- Demonstrable experience in negotiating and meeting clients’ requirements.
- Must be self‑driven, independent, and highly motivated.
