Job Summary
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a hunter mentality, skilled in building new business, managing key accounts, and driving consistent revenue growth. Key Responsibilities- Prospect, develop, and close new B2B accounts within assigned markets.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with executives, property managers, and insurance carriers.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing and account growth.
- Develop and execute territory plans to achieve and exceed annual revenue goals ($1M–$3M+).
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding client experiences.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitive activity to identify new opportunities.
- Restoration background preferred but not required — strong closers from related industries are encouraged to apply.
- Thrives in a competitive, results-driven environment with a strong desire to excel.
