With over 2 million property groups served in 40 states, you’d be joining this proven home services company as a Field Sales Rep working with property management groups, community managers, owners, and executives.

This is a traveling sales role within the Greater Atlanta Area. Local travel, no overnights.

• Secure new clients via cold calling, cross‑selling, pursuing referrals, and analyzing available market data, as well as growing share‑of‑wallet revenue within existing accounts
• Actively engage with clients to evaluate the community needs for repair and maintenance work
• Foster strong client relationships based on value propositions, trust and respect
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure we are exceeding the customers’ expectations
• Manage and resolve any client issues or complaints
• Identify solutions and improved processes across departments to ensure a positive client relationship
• Develop proposals, prepare project bids, and coordinate the successful handoff of new work to the field service team

• Must live in Atlanta, GA
• 2 Years of Outside Sales Experience, preferably in the services or construction industry.

OR

• 2 Years of Fast‑Paced B2B Sales Experience
