Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to drive net-new business and expand enterprise client relationships. This role focuses on selling high-value professional services and AI-led solutions across CRM, data, and integration ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive net-new business across assigned accounts and whitespace territories
  • Acquire and grow enterprise client relationships for offerings including:
  • Managed Services
  • Agentic AI solutions
  • CRM, integration, and analytics platforms (Salesforce, Mule Soft, Boomi, BI tools, etc.)
  • Build and execute strategic account plans to deliver long-term value
  • Develop opportunities through multiple channels, including partners and alliances
  • Collaborate with partner, vendor, and internal teams on pre-sales, discovery, and solutioning
  • Lead commercial negotiations, including SOWs and MSAs
  • Own the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Desired Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise solution or professional services sales
  • Strong track record in new business acquisition and account expansion
  • Solid understanding of cloud, AI/ML, CRM, integration, and data platforms
  • Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience collaborating with delivery, pre-sales, and partner sales teams
  • Preferred: Experience selling within or alongside the Salesforce ecosystem
