We are a leading Enterprise AI Solutions Provider specialising in CRM‑led digital transformation. We are looking for a powerhouse Sales Director to join our super sales team in Atlanta
. We help organisations navigate digital transformation using our proprietary AI and decision science framework.

The Mission

In this role, you will be the driving force behind net new business acquisition and expanding the client base. You won't just be selling services; you’ll be delivering our flagship Agent Success Value Plan (ASVP)—a transformative shift from traditional managed services that leverages decision science and agentic AI to provide exceptional value.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive Growth: Acquire and grow client relationships within assigned accounts and whitespace territories.
  • Strategic Selling: Focus on high‑impact offerings including Agentic AI, Managed Services, and Integration Solutions like Salesforce, Boomi, Mule Soft, and Tableau.
  • Partner

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with partner and vendor account teams to support pre‑sales qualification and drive Annual Contract Value (ACV) growth.
  • Full Lifecycle Ownership: Lead discovery workshops, contribute to solutioning, and navigate deals from lead to final SOW/MSA negotiations.
Who You Are
  • Experienced: You have 10+ years in enterprise solution selling, specifically within technology, data, or AI professional services.
  • Proven Achiever: You have a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and expanding accounts.
  • Tech‑Savvy: You possess a deep understanding of cloud, integration platforms, AI/ML, and CRM ecosystems.
  • Collaborative: You excel at working with internal delivery teams and executive stakeholders to shape winning proposals.
  • Bonus: Experience selling within the Salesforce ecosystem is highly desired.
