The Industrial Sales Manager will be responsible for developing market plans, managing accounts, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring proactive engagement with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver superior solutions.
ResponsibilitiesDay‑to‑day tasks include maintaining and growing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, managing sales activities, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications- Experience selling to and working with industrial manufacturing, distribution, or integration facilities.
- Experience with Contractor(s) solutions (preferred)
- Strong skills in Account Management and Sales
- Proficiency in Customer Service and fostering client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in industrial sales or a related field
- Competitive Base Salary $50k-100k/year (DOE)
