Technical Account Representative – La Marzocco USA
La Marzocco USA is hiring a Technical Account Representative located in Atlanta, GA. The role supports technical training, product education and parts sales & support for customers in the Southeast Region.

The Technical Account Rep, Southeast Region, will manage a La Marzocco training space, travel throughout the region to provide & build technical networks, and collaborate closely with La Marzocco USA’s Sales, Technical Solutions & Marketing teams.
Typical responsibilities include:- Provide mentorship & technical development; be the trusted resource for LM USA 3rd party technicians in the region.
- Deliver in‑person technical training classes for individuals & groups in the SE region.
- Assist Sales, Marketing & Management with regional & national trade shows & events.
- Partner with the SE regional Sales Rep to maintain partner support & engagement.
- Collaborate with Sales & Technical Solutions departments to identify & solve recurring tech support issues with partners.
- Activate & maintain the local training center/lab; ensure equipment is fully functional & ready for trainings; manage local parts inventory.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3‑5 years of specialty coffee industry experience; hands‑in‑service & training usage on traditional espresso machines, grinders & water conditioning systems.
- Experience leading instructional content in a classroom setting.
- Expertise diagnosing & solving plumbing, electrical, mechanical & water quality‑related problems in espresso systems.
- Deep familiarity with La Marzocco products & organization is a plus.
- Organized, driven & self‑motivated; high attention to detail & sound judgment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); SAP or other inventory management software;
Salesforce or other CRM, handheld devices; ability to learn new software. - Excellent written & verbal communication; public speaking & engaging diverse populations.
- Current driver’s license & clean driving record.
- Bi‑Lingual – English/Spanish a plus.
- Location:
Atlanta, GA - Compensation Range: $70,000‑$80,000 annual base salary; 5% bonus opportunity
- Schedule:
Monday‑Friday 8am‑5pm; requires flexibility for evenings & weekends for events & trainings. - Reports to:
Vice President Operations - Physical: frequently lift up to 50 lbs; work in warehouses, customer locations, event spaces & offices.
- Travel: up to 50% travel within SE Territory.
