Just Got 2 Have It! is looking for a self‑motivated, strategic, and results‑oriented Sales Manager to join our energetic team. The Sales Manager will lead a sales team to achieve sales and profit margin goals, manage customer relationships, develop strategies to reach sales targets, coach and mentor sales reps, and conduct performance evaluations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically lead, develop, and manage a sales team to attain sales and margin goals.
  • Establish relationships with key customers, identifying their needs and proposing appropriate products/services.
  • Determine annual sales strategies and set realistic targets aligned with company objectives.
  • Maintain knowledge of the company's products/services and competitive environment.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts, ensuring accurate and timely communication to management.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, communicating company strategies and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of five years experience in a similar role in a competitive sales environment, preferably in retail.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and effective team management.
  • Strong negotiating and relationship building skills, customer‑centric attitude.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
  • Degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field preferred.
