Henry Schein Dental is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Inside Account Executive to help reignite inactive and low-activity dental accounts across the Atlanta territory. While this role is fully remote, we are ideally looking for someone local to the Atlanta area who understands the market and can build strong, lasting customer relationships.
This is a great opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys consultative selling, high-touch outreach, and growing a book of business with the support of a trusted industry leader.
What You’ll Do- Drive sales and gross profit growth by reactivating inactive and low-activity dental accounts within assigned market segments (Independent practices, Large Group Practices)
- Contact 100% of assigned inactive accounts each month using a consultative sales approach
- Conduct pre‑call planning to assess account viability and uncover sales opportunities
- Build and re‑establish relationships with gatekeepers, key contacts, and decision‑makers
- Position Henry Schein as a single‑source solution for dental practices
- Identify reasons for inactivity and offer enhanced service levels, pricing, and solutions to win back business
- Negotiate competitive pricing within contracts and guidelines to close sales
- Place customer orders over the phone and grow focus product sales through campaigns and promotions
- Stay current on promotional programs, competitive products, and merchandising strategies
- Utilize CRM, reporting tools, and sales technology to manage call cycles and improve efficiency
- Partner with internal teams (Credit, Customer Service, Inventory, Technical Support, Equipment Specialists) to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Attend remote vendor trainings, chair‑side sessions, and occasional in‑person meetings or conventions (approx. 5% travel
)
- Strong sales, customer service, and negotiation skills
- Confidence handling a high volume of outbound and inbound calls
- Ability to resolve customer inquiries and disputes effectively
- Comfort learning and using sales tools and systems (Microsoft 365 and CRM platforms)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with limited supervision
- Strong organization, follow‑up, and time‑management skills
- 2+ years of sales experience preferred

- Base salary: $50,000–$60,000
