What we’re looking forWe’re only hiring three, full-time, in-person people who want a serious career in sales.
This is not a “remote SDR role” with unlimited flexibility. You need to be a fast learner, resilient under pressure, and obsessed with growth. Our best reps show up early, ask for feedback, and figure things out quickly. We want top performers who want to be surrounded and learn what it takes to be the best in a competitive marketplace. If that sounds like you then this is a no brainer.
If work is intimidating to you then this isn't the place for you but if you value getting better then this is where you should be.
This job is intense but also rewarding. We expect 70-100 client calls a day, follow-up without ego, and the kind of energy that moves the leader board. If you want soft onboarding and a 3‑month ramp, this isn’t it.
Go to Market AssociateNo prospecting, we set you up for success. Just, smile and dial! You'll make cold calls with the goal of scheduling demos between the decision maker on the other end of the phone and one of our Partnership Executives.
ExpectationsYou’ll spend a month at Beagle HQ in Salt Lake City, Utah being trained by the best in the industry. After that, you’ll be back in ATL working with the team to achieve our $100 Billion goal.
- Monday-Friday: 8AM-6PM (in person)
- Saturday training: 11AM-3PM (also in person)
- Base salary: $65,000‑85,000
- OTE (after bonus/commissions): $150,000+ (no cap)
- We cover housing
- PE promotion track in 3‑6 months
