The OpportunityAs an Account Manager
, you’ll manage and grow an established portfolio of commercial clients while developing new accounts within the greater Atlanta market. You’ll serve as the primary contact for property managers, facilities executives, insurance carriers, and commercial clients—ensuring every interaction drives long-term loyalty and revenue.

- Grow and retain key accounts through consistent relationship management, communication, and trust-building.
- Identify and close new opportunities across multifamily, healthcare, education, and commercial property sectors.
Multi-Family & Healthcare vertical the biggest focus - Partner closely with operations and project management to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with local goals and company strategy within existing accounts or new accounts that you attain and grow.
- Attend trade associations (BOMA, IFMA, IREM, Chamber events) and represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Track activity, pipeline, and forecasting in CRM; own your market and results.

- Financially motivated
, with a record of exceeding KPIs or annual revenue targets. - Comfortable engaging executive-level decision makers with credibility and confidence.
- Coachable, responsive, and eager to grow with a performance-based organization.
- B2B or service-based sales in restoration, construction, facilities, or environmental services
. - Experience managing a $1M+ territory or portfolio.
- Strong local network within the Atlanta commercial real estate or property management community a plus.
- Background in insurance or vendor relations (TPAs, adjusters, etc.) a bonus.
