Step into the role of Sales Manager at Wolfgang Puck Catering and lead the charge behind our offsite events and growth in revenue. This multifaceted role is growing for a proactive professional who excels in reaching out to potential clients, creating opportunities, nursing connections, and finalizing new deals. You’ll represent a world-renowned brand, rapidly growing our presence in key markets and fostering successful partnerships and bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively generate new leads through cold calling, networking, prospecting, and market research.
  • Secure and close offsite event bookings, including corporate, social, and branded hospitality experiences.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Build tailored proposals and contracts that reflect client needs and align with Wolfgang Puck’s premium standards.
  • Develop positive relationships with corporate clients, planners, venue partners, and community collaborators.
  • Identify and pursue new revenue channels and partnerships to drive growth across regions.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions to increase visibility and generate new business.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless handoff and client happiness post‑sale.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of outreach, pipeline, and sales activity in CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in sales, business development, or hospitality.
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, with a strong emphasis on cold calling and outbound sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to close high‑value deals and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven success in building new client relationships and hitting sales goals.
  • High level of self‑motivation, accountability, and resilience.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, sales reporting, and pipeline management.
  • Ability to represent a luxury brand with integrity and energy.
