Responsibilities and Duties

• Cultivate and educate the community about our products and services.
• Determine an effective communication strategy for our brand to potential customers.
• Maintain expert knowledge of our services and products and express this information efficiently to our consumers.
• Assist the marketing department to assess the impact of promotional and branding activities by monitoring the market trends before and after new ventures.
• Show samples to customers to familiarize them with our products and services.
• Share the message of our brand with our customers.
• Present a professional and responsible appearance at all times.
• Focus on the growth of our business through the monitoring of activities and sales during demonstrations.

• Degree holder (Marketing, Business Economics, Entrepreneurship and the like)
• More than 2 years of experience as a brand ambassador
• Action-oriented approach to meeting goals and objectives
• Able to explain information in a clear and concise way
• Approachable and welcoming personality
• Ability to track performance and enter data in our CRM
