Industrial Sales Rep - Southeast

Eastern Industrial Supplies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Outside Account Manager for our pipe, valves, fittings (PVF), and commercial plumbing product lines in the Southeast, with a focus on Huntsville, Alabama. Relocation assistance is provided for move to Huntsville. The role requires frequent travel (approximately 80% of the time) within the region.

• Forge and maintain strong customer connections by actively listening to needs and providing customized solutions.
• Develop sustainable relationships with key decision makers at existing and potential customer accounts.
• Promote and sell our comprehensive PVF and commercial plumbing portfolio.
• Lead technical training sessions, lunch‑and‑learns, and business presentations for customers.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiries and quote generation through delivery and follow‑up.
• Monitor sales order status and deliver outstanding service by responding timely to all customer needs.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2–3 years of equivalent outside sales experience in industrial distribution, especially PVF or commercial plumbing.
• Proficiency with computer systems, ERP and CRM platforms (Solar Eclipse highly desirable).
• Capable of local and regional travel (~80% of the time) and holds a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; self‑motivated and collaborative.
