• Achieve annual product sales goals for the territory in coordination with local teams.
• Maintain accurate opportunity and customer data in Salesforce (SFDC). Provide coaching as needed.
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through sales support, product demos, installations, and training.
• Work with prospective and current customers to increase Leica Biosystems’ influence and presence across territories.
• Monitor and develop awareness of competitive activities and strategies, utilizing Strategic Selling tools such as Blue sheets.
• Develop knowledge of products, DBS, LBS tools (e.g., DOMO, Showpad, Territory Business Reviews).

• Education:
  
  Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant sales experience or equivalent.
• Proven time‑management skills.
• Proven contract negotiation and high‑level selling experience, or selling in a matrixed environment.
• Experience with  or other CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Ability to travel 50‑75% of the time, including overnight for territory coverage or company meetings.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

• Prior capital sales experience.

Salary range for this role is $100,000 – $135,000. The role is eligible for bonus and incentive pay. A comprehensive benefits package is provided, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
