Job Description:

Sales Administrator

Overview:
Manages the intake of new projects coming into the organization. Assists Sales with pre and post show processes

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and respond to website inquiries through Sales and Info email inboxes
  • Create Hub Spot Deal for new inquiries and annual events with known dates
  • Initiate quote and proposal using Intelli Event and Panda Doc
  • Manage Revenue Tracker entry and updates through Sales lifecycle
  • Assist with project handoff to Project Management and Finance departments
  • Prepare show close out with information provided by Project Management department
  • Assist with obtaining estimated travel expenses for out of town shows
Additional Duties:
  • Maintain vendor catalog pricing in Intelli Event for known cross-rental equipment
  • Assist with creation of pitch decks
  • Assist with social media content creation

This position is based in our Charlotte, NC office. Applicants must be local or able to relocate at their own expense. The employee will receive health benefits (100% employee paid by LEMG), paid time off/holidays, a 401(k) plan, a company computer, an iPad, and a monthly cell phone stipend.
