ADP Sales Representative, Major Accounts
ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Major Accounts who will sell human resources technology across a designated geographic territory to cultivate new business opportunities and drive strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives for companies with 50–999 employees. You will manage complete sales cycles, sell over 40 solutions, and forecast your pipeline accurately.
What You’ll Do- Grow our business and your own by working independently and collaboratively to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.
- Implement a targeted sales strategy to build a network and capture new business.
- Deepen relationships across the ADP family and cultivate additional business within existing accounts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients and internal partners, demonstrating the highest ethical standards.
- Proven winner with an impressive track record of closing sales and managing a territory.
- Positive self‑starter: upbeat, persistent, excellent at cold calling, time management, and clear professional communication.
- Confidently fearless: embraces opportunities, takes risks, and challenges status quo.

- Two+ years of quota‑carrying, outside B2B sales experience.
- Three+ years in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform, or software sales.
- Military experience (where applicable).
- Ability to build a network and use social media for sales.
