- B2B sales experience is required
- Ability to understand technical issues related to medical and data analysis
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to travel overnight (30% or more)
- Experience in a similar sales role within the biopharmaceutical sector
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships effectively
- Strong knowledge of healthcare issues, products, and disease states
- Familiarity with sales training curricula and methodologies
- Ability to adapt approaches based on customer needs and market trends
