We are seeking a GP PRO Training Manager to support training creation, implementation and facilitation with an emphasis on GP PRO’s Away-From-Home Customer Development Selling Organization. The Training Manager will be part of a dynamic sales strategy and training enablement team advancing the overall CPG Sales Organization vision and priorities through tailored training creation and execution. This role is based at GP Center in Atlanta reporting into a Senior Director of Sales Strategy & Effectiveness.
WhatYou Will Do
- Developing, creating, facilitating and socializing Customer Development role-specific sales training in partnership with the SS&E Learning & Development Team.
- Enhancing Supervisors coaching effectiveness through tailored Customer Development trainings and coaching guides.
- Advising Supervisors as they create actionable individualized training and competency development plans for their direct reports.
- Providing consultative coaching to Customer Development Supervisors and sellers to advance sales-related activities, processes, practices, and expectations.
- Activating sales enablement initiatives to drive the business vision and growth priorities.
- Collaborating with internal CPG capabilities, such as Category, Sales Operations, Marketing, Customer Solutions, Manufacturing and Sustainability, to drive and manage SS&E Training Initiatives.
- 5 years of experience in CPG sales or CPG sales training.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite of Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Valid U.S. driver license.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
- Experience working with distribution and GP PROs Customer Development organization.
- Experience creating and facilitating adult learning and sales training sessions.
- Proficiency in , Microsoft Office Suites, & AI Tools.
