The Group Sales Manager drives sales by developing and managing effective selling teams and fostering a strong clienteling culture. This role coaches Selling Managers, enhances the customer experience, and builds a pipeline of talent.
Responsibilities- Guide clienteling practices and use technology to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Coach Selling Managers, maintain a visible floor presence, and provide ongoing education and training.
- Oversee Selling Managers, develop talent for promotion, and manage performance issues.
- Partner with merchandising, talent acquisition, and talent development teams.
- Support marketing outreach and coach teams to achieve event goals.
- At least 3 years of management experience with a retailer.
- Experience developing, managing, and motivating a sales team while driving company programs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and available technology.
- Four-year degree and full mobility required.
- Demonstrated success delivering results in a large, complex organization.
