Business Development Representative

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Representative to identify and qualify new brand opportunities for Key Mik. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients — researching leads, running discovery calls, and building pipeline for our agency services team.

• Research and identify prospective brand clients across target industries
• Execute outbound prospecting via email, Linked In, and phone
• Run discovery calls to qualify leads and understand their marketing needs
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Collaborate with the account management team to hand off qualified leads
• Track all activity in CRM and maintain accurate pipeline data
• Hit monthly and quarterly pipeline generation targets

• 1-3 years experience in sales, business development, or account management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Comfort with cold outreach and rejection
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Hub Spot preferred)
• Passion for digital marketing and the creator economy
