You will work directly with Digi Office leadership and receive hands‑on coaching in prospecting, client engagement, pipeline development, and strategic business development. This is not a traditional senior sales position — early success will be measured by the quality of relationships built, meetings scheduled, opportunities identified, and pipeline developed — not solely by closed revenue.

  • Prepare account and prospect research before client meetings.
  • Participate in selected client meetings to learn Digi Office's relationship‑based business development approach.
  • Maintain consistent and organized follow‑up with prospects and existing relationships.
  • Maintain accurate prospect, contact, opportunity, and activity records in the company CRM.
  • Assist with proposals, capability statements, presentations, and follow‑up correspondence.
  • Identify potential staffing, consulting, government contracting, and technology services opportunities.
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and community events representing Digi Office professionally.

  • Develop skills to independently manage accounts and business opportunities as experience grows.
What We're Looking For
  • Coachable and genuinely willing to learn a relationship‑based approach to business development.
  • Comfortable meeting, communicating, and building rapport with new people.
  • Professional in both written and verbal communication.
  • Organized, consistent, and accountable with follow‑up and pipeline activity.
  • Curious about business, technology, and the IT services industry.
  • Self‑motivated with a desire to build a long‑term career in business development, account management, or leadership.
