I. Job description and main responsibilities
Responsible for the development of MRO/industrial standard product channels in the US market from 0 to 1 and establish a replicable distribution system based on annual targets. For MRO distributors and vertical industry distributors, develop target channel lists, expand and reach strategies, and complete distributor evaluation, negotiation, and signing contracts. Promote the implementation of the cooperation framework. (basic price level, rebate/regional rules, bill period/payment collection rules, MOQ and sample strategy, etc.)
and design an executable cross-border delivery and after-sales path without local inventory/shipment. Complete channel initiation and enablement (product launch/training/quotation system) with the milestone of "promoting the first order within 90 days after signing the contract" as the milestone.
Responsible for the development of core key customers of industrial chain products in the North American region, focusing on industries with concentrated use of industrial chain products, such as industrial automation, logistics automation, food, and beverage industries. Has sufficient experience and market development experience in the field of end users and equipment integrators. Have sufficient market success experience, conduct research and establish market development system in the core market area in a timely manner.
(Including market information acquisition, market information research, customer development, customer management, price system management, and channel management) and customer service system (warehouse, technical service, quality, etc.).

- 1. Work location/mode: based in the United States (Not limited to the state/city, Atlanta and surrounding areas are preferred) high frequency travel (50-70%, 2-3 weeks per month on the road)
2. Must have legal work qualifications in the United States
- Have experience in channel development and have experience in signing and closing contracts-be familiar with key terms of distribution contracts and be able to negotiate independently. (price level, rebate, regional protection, bill period, MOQ, etc.)
- Be able to develop, evaluate, negotiate, and sign contracts with OEM customers and distributors from 0 to 1 in the United States, and solve channel lead and contract conversion problems.
