Novoa Marketing is seeking exceptional, results-oriented professionals to join our organization as a Brand Sales Associate

In this capacity, you will be responsible for executing direct sales and marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, strengthen brand awareness, and deliver measurable results aligned with client objectives. Key Responsibilities- Execute targeted, face-to-face sales and marketing initiatives to effectively promote client products and services in a retail environment
- Cultivate and maintain high-quality customer relationships to support long-term brand growth and customer loyalty
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer engagement, ensuring prompt, professional, and solutions-oriented communication
- Collaborate daily with our sales and marketing team to identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Consistently work toward and exceed established performance goals and key performance indicators
- Represent our clients and their brands with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
