About the positionThe Sales Development Associate identifies and qualifies new leads to generate potential sales opportunities.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities- Your primary responsibility (80% focus) involves proactively engaging and qualifying inbound leads within the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Serving as the initial point of contact, you will quickly identify client needs and directly schedule a meeting with a Sales Director.
- Additionally, you will independently generate new opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting (20% focus)
- Works with the marketing team to amplify the reach and effectiveness of campaigns within their territory and follows up with inbound leads, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
- Utilizes outbound sales tactics such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling to engage potential clients.
- Maintains accurate records of sales activities and pipeline development in CRM tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree complete or in progress.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct research and identify potential leads.
- Capability to handle initial sales inquiries and follow up on leads.
- Adaptability to learn new sales techniques and tools.
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
