The Big Picture

We're looking for a hands-on sales leader to grow Rōti's first-party catering business. You'll personally win direct accounts that order through Rōti rather than third-party marketplaces, turn one-time orders into recurring revenue and build the team and processes to scale catering across our restaurants.

Location:

This position will work onsite out of our Corporate Office in Sandy Springs, GA Monday – Friday, with limited travel to our markets.

What That Looks Like Day to Day:

• Own catering revenue: set the targets, build the forecast and deliver the number.
• Personally sell to corporate offices, healthcare, education and event customers.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, coaching them while carrying your own book of business .
• Grow first-party catering by winning direct accounts and moving existing customers from third-party marketplaces to ordering directly with Rōti .
• Turn first orders into standing weekly and monthly business, and grow order size and frequency.
• Grow catering market by market, working with restaurant teams to drive local sales.
• Deliver a white-glove experience on every order: on time, complete and right the first time.
• Partner with Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance so that kitchen capacity, delivery, pricing and margins support growth.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in B2B or catering sales.
• Proven record of building recurring catering revenue, including carrying an individual quota in a recent role.
• Track record of building direct catering revenue, not just managing third-party marketplace channels.
• Experience leading sales teams while staying hands-on in selling.
• Experience driving sales through restaurant teams you don't directly manage.
• Understanding of catering operations: lead times, delivery logistics and kitchen capacity.
• Strong command of pipeline management, forecasting and CRM-driven reporting.
• Fast casual or restaurant catering experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
