In this role, you will:- Develop and lead sales strategy
- Collaborate & align goals with internal staff
- Maintain existing business pipelines
- Identify new business opportunities
- 3+ years of Commercial Insurance Sales
- Active P&C license
- Broker relationships
- Insurance designations (CPCU, CIC, RPLU) strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong growth potential
- 401(k)
- Lucrative benefits
$70,000-$85,000 per year
