BESTAR LLC is the Atlanta-based U.S. subsidiary of the BESTAR Steel Group, a global steel service center headquartered in Germany. Since 1978, we have supplied specialty steel to manufacturers of saw blades, knives, and cutting tools worldwide. Our international team supports customers across the Americas and collaborates closely with colleagues in Germany and Asia.

BESTAR is seeking a highly organized and analytical Sales Operations Intern to support our Chief Sales Officer and Head of Sales. This role serves as an operational backbone of our international sales organization, helping drive execution, accountability, customer engagement. This role offers direct exposure to executive leadership and international business.

• Coordinate global sales activities and information flow
• Track opportunities and customer follow-up
• Monitor lead progression and sales execution
• Prepare reports, analyses, and management summaries
• Support prioritization of high-potential opportunities
• Drive sales action items and strategic initiatives
• Support the CSO and sales leadership team

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related
  field
• Fluent English and German (written and spoken) required
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, hands‑on mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Interest in international business and sales operations
• Recent graduates with strong analytical abilities, attention to detail,
  and demonstrated leadership or project experience are
  encouraged to apply
