Regional Sales Manager

Location flexible within the Southeast (Atlanta / Charlotte preferred).

• Drive new business and expand market share across a multi-state territory
• Build and manage a strong pipeline through prospecting and distributor partnerships
• Lead consultative, ROI-driven sales processes from discovery through close
• Partner with engineering and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Collaborate across Pro Mach brands to identify cross-selling opportunities

• 5+ years of capital equipment or industrial sales experience
• Background in packaging, automation, or related industries
• Proven success in prospecting, pipeline development, and closing new business
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to navigate complex sales cycles
• Willingness to travel up to 70-75%
