We're seeking a Paper Industry Professional experienced with a variety of chemical applications across a broad range of paper grades. Expertise and experience with chemical applications in raw water, pulp mills, paper machines (Board, Tissue & Towel, Printing & Writing), wastewater, cooling towers be seriously considered. You will work closely with your customers as a trusted technical advisor to improve operational performance through mechanical and chemical recommendations.

• Safety: Perform the job according to both Paradigm's and customer safety standards.
• Technical Chemical Applications: Ensure chemical applications are being applied effectively and performing at or above customer expectations.
• Innovation Recommendations: Propose innovative value creation ideas for our customers that align with Paradigm business objectives.
• Deliver Customer Value: Document and communicate the value Paradigm's solutions deliver to our customers through routine reporting and Business reviews.
• Business Development: Develop a healthy sales funnel of opportunities for consistent year-over-year business growth.

• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent, in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical), Chemistry, Environmental Science, Biology preferred. Or minimum 8+ years of direct experience in the field of working with chemical applications in a paper mill will also qualify, high school education is required.
• 5+ years technical sales experience of chemical sales in the paper industry with demonstrated success in business development and account growth.
• Experience in consultative selling and relationship management.
• You must be authorized to work in the US, hold, a valid driver's license, and have the willingness to travel (including some overnights)

• Strong technical skills with proficiency in math, science, and chemistry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well with all levels of a customer team.
• Can work independently and manage time well to meet deadlines.
